Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the immigration medical exam cost?
Our clinic fee is $300 for most I-693 immigration medical exams and $120 for Refugee and K-1 visa exams. We help patients use insurance whenever possible and can arrange low-cost lab testing and vaccine options if insurance is unavailable.

Can I use my insurance?
Yes. We help patients use their insurance whenever possible for lab work and vaccines. If you don’t have insurance, we’ll help you access affordable lab and vaccine options.

How many appointments do I need?
Most patients only need one office visit. We complete your paperwork after your lab results and any required vaccine documentation are received.

How long does the appointment take?
Most appointments take 45–60 minutes.

How long does the entire process take?
Most completed packets are ready within 1 week after your appointment, depending on lab results and any required vaccines.

Do you offer rush processing?
Yes. Rush processing is available for urgent deadlines. Contact us to discuss your timeline.

What should I bring?
Please bring a government-issued photo ID, immigration paperwork (if available), vaccination records, insurance card (if applicable), and any relevant medical records.

What if I don’t have my vaccine records?
That’s okay. We’ll review your history and help determine what vaccines or testing are needed to meet USCIS requirements.

Do you speak my language?
We offer multilingual support in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Ukrainian, Farsi, and Dari. Let us know your preferred language when you contact us.
